Alex Guarnaschelli Daughter Illness
It’s been a tough few weeks for celebrity chef Alex Guarnaschelli. Not only is she dealing with the recent death of her father, but her daughter is also battling a serious illness.
On June 17th, Guarnaschelli took to Twitter to ask for prayers for her daughter, who was hospitalized with an undisclosed condition.
“Please keep my baby girl in your thoughts and prayers today,” she wrote. “I am so grateful for the doctors and nurses taking care of her.”
Thankfully, it seems like her daughter is on the road to recovery as Guarnaschelli tweeted on July 1st that she was back home and doing well.
She also thanked everyone for their support during this difficult time.
This isn’t the first time Guarnaschelli has had to deal with tragedy. In May of 2017, her father died suddenly from a heart attack at the age of 71.
It was a shock to bothGuarnaschelli and her family as he had no known health issues prior to his death.
Despite all of this heartache, Guarnaschelli remains positive and continues to focus on her family and career. We hope she knows that we’re all rooting for her during this difficult time!
